AMBMAN wxy2amb

WXY2AMB:  Adds a fourth (Z) silent track, thus
converting a pantophonic file to a periphonic file (in
format, but still only a horizontal sound plane).
Some software requires four-track files.
Many AMBMAN manipulations require 'full sphere' files
(even if tracks are empty).
To get a true ambisonic file you will need to
convert out.wav to out.amb. You will be offered this
option (or you can later run "wav2amb").
Usage "ambman --xyz2amb in.wav out.wav"
 or   "ambman --xyz2amb in.amb out.wav"
