Temporary documentation.
PLACE: takes the sound in the one-channel ('mono')
input file and creates an ambisonic file (of order
'o' (default 1)) with the sound at coordinate ('a','e')
(in degrees).
(At writing 'o' is limited to 1, 2 or 3.)
Usage "ambman --place in.wav out.wav a e [o]"

The place function was used in a looping script to build an third-order file. The only æsethic merit of the output was visual.
