AMBMAN a2b

A2B: transforms an A-format input file to an output file
in B-format.
The facility exists SOLELY for the creation of dummy files 
for running checks.
This is NOT a production quality converter. Such a program
would, not least, countenance the differences between each
recording microphone as well as their actual positions. Such
programs exist. Unless you are just testing you should use
